Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MCP gateway and related services (the "Service") provided by Fastn, Inc. ("Fastn", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The Service

The Service aggregates MCP servers and databases behind a single gateway endpoint, routes tool calls from your agents to the tools you connect, and meters usage. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.

Connected accounts and content

You are responsible for the MCP servers, databases, and third-party accounts you connect, and for the content of the tool calls you route through the gateway. You represent that you have the rights and authorizations needed to connect those systems and route that data.

Plans, billing, and usage

Paid plans are billed on tool calls as described on our pricing page. Fees are charged in advance for the plan and in arrears for any metered overage. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on prospective notice.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in your data and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and route your calls. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
